“Teen Coaching” Package

Because of it’s nature, the “Teen Coaching” Package  it’s reinforced on a decision and compromise at the end of the first session so a refund (excluding this session) is available only if there is a strong and justifiable reason not to continue.
If all remaining sessions are cancelled, or don’t show up, will result in the cost of one individual session at the rate of €299 being deducted from your Package’s Value eventual refund.

If you cancel a session within 72 hours of your scheduled time, or don’t show up, will result in the cost of that session being deducted from your Package with no refund.

“Gold” Package

A full refund of this “Gold” Package is available after the first session (including that session) if you have booked 4 or more sessions and do not want to continue.
However, you must advise us within 24 hours after the initial session.
Failure to do so will result in that the cost of two sessions at the rate of €299 will be deducted from the refund.

If you cancel all your sessions within 72 hours of your first scheduled session, fail to make the call or don’t  show up, will result in the cost of two sessions at the rate of €299 being deducted from your Package Value eventual refund.

If you cancel a session within 72 hours of your scheduled time, fail to make the call or don’t show up, will result in the cost of that session being deducted from your Package with no refund.

“Platinum” Package

A full refund of this “Platinum” Package is available after the first session (including that session) if you have booked 4 or more sessions and do not want to continue.
However, you must advise us within 24 hours after the initial session.

A full refund of this “Diamond” Package is available after the first session (including that session) if you have booked 4 or more sessions and do not want to continue.

“Platinum” Package

If you book the 12 sessions of the “Platinum Package” and reach the Results after 8 we will subtract the cost of the 8 session package and will give you a Voucher for the difference.

Unused sessions may be gifted to a friend or family member presuming that person is suitable for Results Coaching.

If you cancel all your sessions within 72 hours of your first scheduled session, fail to make the call or don’t  show up, will result in the cost of two sessions at the rate of €299 being deducted from your Package Value eventual refund.

“Ultra VIP” Package

With our annual “Ultra VIP” Package if you cancel within the year, sessions (and no-shows and/or cancellations) will be added up at our individual session rate of €299. That will then be subtracted from the initial amount paid and any difference refunded accordingly.

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the last session.
After 30 days no refunds will be given although the remaining sessions can be saved for up to 12 months from the first session.

Unused sessions may be gifted to a Friend or Family member presuming that person is suitable for Results Coaching.

If you cancel a session within 72 hours of your scheduled time, fail to make the call or don’t show up, will result in the cost of that session being deducted from your Package with no refund.

“Silver Bullet” Package

A full refund of the “Silver Bullet” Package, because it’s a single session package is available if cancelled prior to 72 hours of it’s scheduling, or that package can be converted into a Voucher that may be gifted to a friend or family member presuming that person is suitable for Results Coaching.

There are no refunds available on single sessions if cancelled within 72 hours of it’s scheduling.

“S.O.S. Intervention” Package

A full refund of the “S.O.S. Intervention” Package, because it’s a single session package is available if cancelled prior to 72 hours of it’s scheduling, or that package can be converted into a Voucher that may be gifted to a friend or family member presuming that person is suitable for Results Coaching.

There are no refunds available on single sessions if cancelled within 72 hours of it’s scheduling.

CONSUMER LITIGATION RESOLUTION
